The 'young' cyclist

Yesterday Christine completed the section of the Lahn River Cycle Way from Limberg to Koblenz to complete the entire 250 km from the head of the Lahn to the Rhine which she has been working on over the last 6 weeks. Not physically difficult but sometimes a little daunting doing something like this by yourself in a foreign county.
